  • Oloiya vacuum packed dried meat is last for 30 days/ 1 months, please refer to the packaging for the best consume date. (DO NOT CONSUME IF YOU FIND VACUUM PACK IS LOOSE AND CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FOLLOW UP THE FOLLOWING ISSUE)

  • We do not sell fresh packed dried meat through online platform and only vacuum-packed dried meat is available in our online store.

Check / Change My Order

  • All barbecued meat products are being packed in vacuum bags. 
  • Vacuum barbecued meat is best to consume within 30 days. 
  • All meat floss products are being packed in airtight containers.
  • No changes, refunds or cancellations are allowed after the payment has been made.

Payment

  • eGHL will be our payment gateway that accepts payment via credit card, online banking transfers, e-wallet and PayPal.

Unfortunately, we do not provide any cancellation or refund policy for your order. Please ensure you check your final order confirmation before making online payment through Oloiya website.

Delivery

  • You may contact our customer service immediately if you made an error in your delivery address.

  • However, if your order is mark as “delivering” status, we will not be able to accept any amendements of the order details.
  • Our courier partner (GDex/Lalamove) will leave a card in your mailbox or under your door if no person is receiving your package at your delivery address. You can contact the phone number listed on that card to arrange another delivery attempt or pick-up options in your area.

  • We only able to deliver to one delivery address per transaction or order.
